DEGESA-JSR is one of the most important Spanish companies dedicated purely to the genetic improvement in porcine, and is the first to set up a complete genetic program in Latinamerica.

Since 1993 the company has experienced important changes due to research into modern techniques in pig reproduction through agreements with various organisations. On the other hand the company have just started major investments in the expansion of the company both nationally and internationally.

The objectives of DEGESA-JSR are to carry on strengthening its position as one of the leading companies in the pig breeding sector whilst at the same time to continue with a process of research and modernisation to allow the progresses in the field of Genetics.
