HEALTH ASPECTS.

In DEGESA-JSR we are conscious that our animals to give a high genetic potential is necessary a high level of sanitary. For this reason all our pig farms have a high health status which follow a rigid health programme. (regular health checks, pig farms free of the disease Aujesky). This extraordinary health status has allowed the company to start exporting animals to countries where the health authoridades carry out very extreme health checks (Argentina, Senasa 1993). Our permanent fight to reduce the presence of pathogens implies a tight and constant colaboration with the best labs of veterinarian investigation of our country. On the other hand, our technical veterinary service is highly qualified to answer any questions clients may have over the health of the pigs (vaccine programs, medication programs, strategies of medical treatment, depopulation, desparasitation, desinfection, vermin control..).
